Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
EuroKids gGmbH is a charitable limited liable company of the Parents Association of the European School Frankfurt am Main which provides services for its members and their children, such as Childminding, Holiday Camps and bus transport to the European School Frankfurt am Main in addition to Extra Curricular Activities. Most of these services are performed by service providers which have been chosen and appointed by EuroKids.
I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data and the personal data of my child, for whom the registration is made, by EuroKids gGmbH.
My consent applies to all data relevant to the services organised by EuroKids gGmbH. This personal data may include:
• First name and last name
• Address
• E-Mail-Address
• Telephone number
• Bank account details
• First and last name, date of birth, sex/gender of the child
• Photos and videos of the child
• The child’s special dietary restrictions
• Information on the child's state of health, if applicable
• Personal details of family members
• Persons entitled to collect - First and last name, telephone number, relationship to the child
My consent also applies to all personal data of special categories relevant in this context according to Art. 9 DSGVO, in particular:
• Health data such as -
- Information on the health status of the child
- information on the child's vaccination status (in particular regarding measles and COVID-19)
• If applicable, data indicating ethnic origin or religious or philosophical beliefs
Health data or data which indicates ethnic origin or religious or philosophical convictions are particularly sensitive data, the processing of which is subject to the special requirements of
Art. 9 DS-GMO. Indications of ethnic origin, religion or state of health may, for example, result from photographs of the children (e.g. by wearing certain clothing, glasses or similar). However, the processing of health status data may also be necessary in order to take into account the special needs of the children in the provision of the services offered or to ensureappropriate protection against infection.
The data are collected, processed and used for the following purposes:
• Fulfilment of the contract concluded with EuroKids gGmbH
• Planning and organization of services (e.g. cost and project planning, attendance control)
• Coordination with the service providers
• Decoration of EuroKids rooms and newsletters with photos & videos of children
• Infection control measures
My consent also includes the transfer of the necessary data to the service providers selected by EuroKids gGmbH, who in turn are obliged to protect personal data. Depending on the
service used in each case, the recipients are as follows:
• Global Education GmbH
• Urberacher Omnibusbetrieb Emil H. Lang GmbH
• Service providers offering courses as part of the afternoon activities
• European School Frankfurt
• Pond Security GmbH
Insofar as EuroKids gGmbH receives personal data from the European School Frankfurt, my consent to data processing by EuroKids gGmbH expressly extends to this data. This also applies
if this involves health data such as the results of school tests for COVID-19 or the child's vaccination status.
The data will only be processed by EuroKids gGmbH and the named recipients for the purposes listed above. The data will be deleted by EuroKids gGmbH if the above-mentioned purposes
cease to apply, unless longer storage periods are prescribed, or storage is still necessary for legitimate reasons.
I was expressly informed that the processing of my personal data without my consent is not permitted, unless it is permitted by law or other legal provisions.
This consent is voluntary. I was expressly informed of the right to withdraw my consent at any time informally with effect for the future. The revocation of consent shall not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. I am aware that I can also refuse my consent without being disadvantaged by this.
I have also been informed of the right to receive, on request and free of charge, information on the personal data being processed in the cases provided for by law.
Furthermore, I was informed that in accordance with legal provisions I have the right to correct, block or delete incorrect data, as well as the right to object to the further use of my
personal data for the future.
Other laws or legal provisions allowing the processing of personal data remain unaffected.
